My name is Margeretha Stassen from Elverum in Norway. I was born in Winterswijk in the Netherlands in 1971, I am a mother of 5 children and what's most importent for this blog, I am a concert pianist.
At the age of 5, I started to play the piano. At the age of 6, I got piano lessons at the musicschool in Winterswijk, the Netherlands and at the age of 16 I startet at the conservatory in Arnhem with Mr. Arthur Hartong.
After receiving my Master of music I got a scholarship to study chambermusic with Mr. Håvard Gimse at the Musikkhøgskole in Oslo Norway.
Norway stole my heart, and I moved with my family to this beautifull country in 2000. From here I do my concerts.
